Investment Team
Brandi is responsible for asset management of current investments as well as underwriting and due diligence for potential investments. Prior to joining Oakwood Real Estate Partners in 2020, Brandi spent two years as a Director at Miller Real Estate Investments in Denver focusing on asset management for both existing and development properties, as well as acquisitions. Previously, she worked within the debt origination business for Prudential and MetLife in New York where she, respectively, originated $350+ million and $250+ million of loans. Brandi began her career at CSM Corporation in Minneapolis in asset management and Duff & Phelps in Chicago in their Real Estate Group. Brandi holds a Bachelor of Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
