Managing Partner
Bart oversees all aspects of the Firm’s business including the day-to-day operations. Prior to co-founding Oakwood Real Estate Partners in 2012 and Parkwood Real Estate Partners in 2005, he was Managing Partner of Greystar West in Denver. Greystar West was an affiliate of Greystar Real Estate Partners, the nation’s largest multifamily real estate company focused on development, investment, property management, and construction. He was responsible for multifamily investment origination, development, condominium conversions, and property management. Bart began his career with ProLogis Trust, specializing in industrial distribution facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
