Tuck directs all strategic oversight of the Firm’s efforts including investment, capitalization, disposition and investor relationships. Prior to founding Oakwood Real Estate Partners in 2012 and Parkwood Real Estate Partners in 2005, he was responsible for overseeing all facets of the Trammell Crow Company Fund investment programs. Trammell Crow Company Investment Fund I originated in 1994, with Funds II, III, IV and V successfully following thereafter. Tuck originally joined Trammell Crow Company in 1972 in St. Louis and became a partner in 1973. He then opened the Kansas City office where he spent the next 22 years involved with all aspects of commercial real estate, including development, management and leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Tuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Principia College.
